Acknowledgements

IMPORTANT
An acknowledgement of support from Research Computing must appear in publications (copyrighted or not) that relied on our HPC resources (e.g. CPU or GPU compute time) or services.
We require that all users:
- 1 Include an appropriate statement similar to the following:
"The HPC resources and services used in this work were provided by the Research Computing Core Labs in Hamad Bin Khalifa University. Research Computing Core Labs is funded by the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (http://www.qf.org.qa)."
- 2 Notify us (rccg@hbku.edu.qa) of any publications in which such an acknowledgment is made.
A record of your scientific output (in the form of journal citations) is one of the few metrics we can use to show a return on investment in HPC to our management and major stakeholders. You may think of the citations as your “payment” for the use of our systems or our services. This is why we ask users who wish to renew their annual user accounts on our systems to supply journal citations from the preceding year as part of their renewal applications.
